Long Farms Long Farms is a diverse farm that is operated by the Long family. We are proud to be your LOCAL FARMER and take pride in being stewards of the land.

Long Farms is a family owned and operated farm which is currently raising it's 5th generation. The farm spans over several hundreds of acres and is quite diversified in nature. The farm produces cotton, peanuts, corn, hay, and beef cattle, along with a 100+ acre u-pick vegetable operation. The u-pick is opened seasonally. Spring Season typically starts mid May and runs to mid July. Fall Season sta

rts the beginning of September and typically runs to Thanksgiving. Over 30 different varieties of fruits and vegetables are grown on location, accessible to the public for picking. There is also selections of fresh from the field produce up at the barn for those not interested, or unable, to pick. All u-pick items are sold by the 5 gallon bucket (buckets are supplied for use). Mix vegetable buckets permitted. The u-pick serves as a great source for farm fresh produce for people from all walks of life. Whether you are a canner/preserver looking for abundant fresh veggies to can or a parent/adult wanting to see and know where your food is coming from, Long Farms is the place for you. It's a place that has a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can even meet the farmer who planted the crops. The farm is dedicated in providing fresh, natural fruits and vegetables at an affordable cost. Come see what FRESH Looks Like!

This week around the farm…

New section of yellow squash and zucchini is now open.

New sections of snap beans will be ready some time mid week.

UPICK 🪣 tomatoes 🍅 should be open by the weekend.

Beef 🥩 will be back in stock by the weekend.

Coolers are loaded down with boxes yellow squash ($18), peaches ($28), & picking cucumbers ($26).

🌽 Sweet Corn pulled daily. Looking towards beginning of week for first of field corn.

We will plow red potatoes this weekend on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning for upick. If you would like them by the bucket prepicked, they are available at the sales barn throughout the week. $22 a bucket

⚠️ there is construction on one of the main roads leading to the farm. Therefore, if you need directions or get lost please give us a call. Google Maps should reroute you with no problem if you put our address into the GPS.
