We are loading up the coolers again this week! City Market is back this Saturday morning (5/30) in Town Creek Park from 8-11am. We're bringing all items from our normal CM standing menu, some Porcini Cream Sauce and Pesto alla Genovese, and a few new imported retail items. Happy Memorial Day 2026! IMO this is one of the most important US holidays. We head to the beach, to the lake, and fire up the BBQ grill on this day every year. But let's remember today we honor and mourn the U.S. military personnel who died while serving our Country. Their sacrifice, and the continued sacrifice of their family and friends, is why we still have our inherent rights. So I offer our combined thoughts and prayers, and thanks, to those families. Now I am off to check on the BBQ!

Tried you for the first time this weekend! I was craving carbonara so I got some bucatini and the sage Parmesan focaccia for my first-time attempt at this! Needed more black pepper but otherwise delicious! The products were delivered right on time and everything was absolutely amazing! I’ll be ordering again very soon! I moved here from State College, PA and had a fresh pasta vendor there. You are as good, if not better! Thank you!

We’re excited to officially join the City Market in Auburn this summer! Starting this Saturday, May 23, you’ll be able to find Pasta Fresca di Auburn every Saturday morning at Town Creek Park from 8am–11am through August 29.

We’ll be bringing a rotating selection of our handmade fresh pasta, ravioli, sauces, lasagna, and other Italian specialties — all made locally in Auburn with simple ingredients and traditional techniques.
