Gangstas to Growers Gangstas to Growers is a program focused on empowering at-risk youth and our formerly incarcerated through agriculture, employment, and entrepreneurship.

"Gangstas to Growers” will provide paid entrepreneurial internships for at-risk youth, former gang members and formerly incarcerated individuals to give them a chance to participate in the legitimate economy. Participants will be mentored by local farmers to plant, harvest, and vend produce to local restaurants and at a street side farmer’s market.
