"Doce de leite" / "Brazilian Caramel vanilla cake. The doce de leite is a staple desert in Brazil. Doce de leite is made of milk sweetened with sugar that is boiled down for hours until it is concentrated into a creamy paste. We make it from scratch at DOCE.
