My staple of sweet rolls, the cinnamon toast crunch sweet rolls will always be at every craft fair. You wanna know why? Cause who doesn't love having a eating a bowl of delicious breakfast cereal in bread form. Cause I know i love it.

I have been tinkering with the Australian snack/ dessert. The Pink lamington. While I feel like I got the cake it self down. I feel like I haven't perfected the topping. I have on here a cheese cake topping and whipped cream. What do yall think? Also for those who dont know a pink lamington is a butter cake or sponge cake, dipped in raspberry jello liquid, topped with sweetened coconut. Topped with whipped cream.
