Hi friends! It’s been a minute since we’ve updated you. Yes, we still have meat available, but are very limited in selection as this round sold much faster than expected. All jokes aside our cute little logo is now on all of our beef and that feels pretty cool to me!

This weeks special is 20 # of ground beef for $7.50 per pound! 85/15 in 1 # sleeves. We also have roasts and steaks available while you’re at it.

Makes really great burgers, tacos, tater tot casserole, spaghetti, beef and broccoli- the possibilities are endless really. Stock up for summer! Trust us, you’ll be glad you did! 😉

We used beef tips to create this simple steak Alfredo dish. It was a win for the entire fam!

Season and sear the beef tips to your desired doneness and remove from skillet. Pour your jarred alfredo into the meat drippings and season to your liking- we used Italian seasoning and some freshly grated Parmesan. Toss in your pasta and mix well. Serve it topped with the steak bites alongside a salad or toasted garlic bread for a quick family meal.

Perfect Saturday afternoon for grilling burgers, although Sunday had other plans. We pulled out a couple ribeyes and threw them in the cast iron instead. Beef is back 🥩

We have 2 cows heading to the processor at the end of January and will be ready for you mid February. We’ve decided to prioritize beef shares this go round. If you are interested in purchasing a half or quarter, please get with us to get your name on the list ASAP. This is a first come, first serve basis and deposit will be required to hold your place. Purchasing a beef share is the most cost effective way to buy beef and fill your feeezer with exactly the cuts you enjoy! We look forward to providing quality, local beef to your families again in 2026!

Sunday morning we said goodbye to the crew that keeps everything going! It’s always sad and a little more quiet when they leave, but we’re thankful for another great year at the farm and glad they get to go hug their families! We could not do any of this without them- It’s not goodbye, only see you later!
