Did you know that kale microgreens contain lots of vitamin A? They are great for supporting healthy vision, and these tiny versions are a lot less stiff and chewy than their mature kale counterparts!

Here's our selection of microgreens and flowers that we'll have available at the farmer's market tomorrow. Join us on Malchow Plaza from 8:30 am - noon! Microgreens are a great way to get in some fresh and locally grown nutrition while we're waiting for those summer crops to come in. Flowers are sold in 6-cell trays that can be planted out wherever your heart desires.

If you're not able to make it out to plaza, we've also dropped off some micros at Natural Abundance this afternoon.

We're excited to see everyone at the market on Malchow Plaza this Saturday from 8:30-noon! But for now, here's a grow room tour. This video cuts off abruptly because I rambled on too long about trays, but here's a summary for ya:

You asked for reusable trays and we've delivered! Broccoli and salad mix micro cubes will now be available in reusable grow trays. Take home a tray and harvest at your own pace. Bring the tray back to us at a later market and we'll reimburse your $1 tray deposit.

Baby peas are well on their way! These guys will be fully grown and ready for munching at the market this weekend. Peas shoots are a new addition to our grow room and have an earthy flavor profile. Put 'em on a sandwich or toss them into potato soup!
