Chocolate and Hazelnut Flan No-Bake 🍫 F
📋 Ingredients:
500 ml milk (2 medium glasses) 🥛
200ml Whipping Cream (or Light Cream) 🥛
150g chocolate and hazelnut cream (Nutella type) 🍫
50 g of chopped chocolate 🍫
2 envelopes of curd 🥄
2 scoops of sugar (optional, adjust to taste) 🍬
Liquid candy for the mold 🍮
📝 Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix up the ingredients:
In the blender glass, mix milk, cream, chocolate and hazelnut cream, chopped chocolate, sugar and curd envelopes.
Grind well until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, no chocolate chips.
2️⃣ Warm up the mix:
Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat.
Removes constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
Remove from the fire when the first boiling bubbles begin to appear.
3️⃣ Prepare the mold:
Cover the bottom of a large mold or individual molds with liquid caramel.
4️⃣ Pour and cool:
Pour the hot mixture into the caramelized mold carefully.
Let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely brushed.
5️⃣ Mold & Serve:
Slide a thin knife around the edges of the mold to easily de-mold.
Flip it over a large plate and decorate to your liking.
