After many years of dreaming of a good, 100% beef burger in Tanzania and always being dissapointed by over sauced, under beefed imitations - we decided to create our own burger. What we wanted were simple, tasty things made with good quality meat and only the classic adornments; some lettuce, red onion, and maybe a slice of cheese.
