Please be advised that the City Oval will be temporarily closed to the public starting Monday, May 18. We will begin major renovation of the oval and the construction of additional sports facilities.

These improvements are part of our continuing commitment to provide better, safer, and more modern spaces for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and the entire community.

The closure will remain in effect until further notice while construction is ongoing. We ask for everyone’s patience and understanding as we work toward creating an improved sports complex for our city and its residents.

Another young athlete (born in 2010) Great job to Princess Eromole for finishing first in her heats in both the 200m(heat 1) and 400m(heat 2) at the 55th Korea National Spring Middle & High School Athletics Competition 👏

Note: For the sprints (100m, 200m, 400m) and 400m hurdles, only local athletes are allowed to compete in the finals. This was arranged prior to the competition, but all performances are still considered official.

This collaboration with KAAF aims to provide meaningful international exposure, elevate competitive standards, and support the development of young high school student-athletes through global competition and cultural exchange.
