✨ What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives
• Build strong talent pipelines and candidate experiences
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce requirements
• Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring performance
• Supervise and support the recruitment team

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
✔️ Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding experience is required
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
✔️ Knowledge of job portals, ATS/HRIS, social media, and digital recruitment tools
