INGREDIENTS

( COMBINE and MIX ALL )

1/2 Kilo Ground Beef
7 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Medium Onion (Minced)
1 Teaspoon Patis / Fish Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Ground Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon Soysauce
1Egg

(Refrigirate for at least 1 hour)

*Saute and set aside

425 Grams Stem Mushroom
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Ground Pepper

*For Gravy

2 1/2 Tablespoon Flour (Dilute in Water)
2 -3 Cups Water
1/4 Salted Butter
Salt
Ground Pepper

*** I highly Recommend: While sauteing onion, Always seasoned with Salt , to moisture out and sweat the onion and for a more deeper flavor 🙋‍♀😋💜

INGREDIENTS:

*(Marinate)

1 Kilo Breast Chicken (Cut into Strips)
1 1/2 Tbs Paprika
1 1/2 Tbs Ground Pepper
1 1/2 Tbs Salt
1 1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tbs Calamansi or Lemon

*(For Batter) Adjust measurement according to preference

2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Cornstarch
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Ground Pepper
Few Pieces of Rosemary Herb
2 Eggs

* (For Tartar Sauce)

125 Grams Plain Yoghurt
5 Tbs Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbs Pickles
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Rosemary Herb (Few Pieces) *Optional*
4 Fresh Garlic Cloves (minced)
Spring Onion (Few stems cut into bits)
Dash of Sugar
Dash of Salt
Dash of Ground Black Pepper
