“The Sin, the Gospel, and the Law”

This lesson reminded me that sin is more than just breaking God’s law; it is being separated from Him. Ang sala makaguba sa atong relationship with God ug bisan sa ubang tawo. The law acts like a mirror, it shows us our true condition and helps us realize nga kinahanglan gyud nato si Jesus.

The gospel is the good news that despite our sins, God still loves us and offers salvation through Jesus Christ. While the law points out our sins, the gospel gives forgiveness, hope, and a new beginning. Si Jesus mituman sa balaod perfectly ug Siya usab ang nibayad sa silot sa atong sala pinaagi sa Iyang kamatayon sa cross.

Nakat-onan usab nako nga the law and the gospel work together. The law teaches us what is right, while the gospel gives us the power and grace to live according to God’s will. Dili ta maluwas pinaagi sa atong good works, but through faith in Christ alone. Ang atong obedience mahimong response sa atong love ug gratitude ngadto sa Ginoo.

Personally, this lesson challenged me to trust more in God’s grace every day. Usahay masalig ta sa atong sariling kusog, pero without Christ, dili gyud nato mabuntog ang sala. Through Him, there is transformation, forgiveness, and eternal hope.

Key Thought:
The law reveals our need, the gospel provides salvation, and Jesus changes our lives completely.
