We are moving our operation to Dicey Reilly’s Irish pub and Eatery, 570 Hillsborough Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland 1041 from this Sunday. 🎉🎉🎉

You are all welcome to visit us there for a new keto dining experience. We will be starting with a new range of keto pizzas and new menu of range of mains/ deserts to be added to the list soon. 😄💃🏻

You can now have our keto pizzas with low carb beer and range of other low carb beverages to choose from.🍺🍕🍕🍻

Here is a little token of appreciation for our beautiful customers

Keto butter cake
➖➖➖➖➖➖
Tried this today for the first time and we absolutely loved it

Ingredients:
Butter (room temperature) 225g
Erythritol 100g
Medium size eggs 4
Coconut flour 90g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Instructions:
Mix butter and Erythritol in a large bowl and strat beating
Add eggs one by one and beat until erythritol is well dissolved in egg and butter mixture
Then add the vanilla extract
In a seperate bowl mix coconut flour, baking powder and salt together
Then add the dry ingredient mixture into the egg,Butter and erythritol mixture
Beat untill all the ingredients are well combined
Meantime, pre heat the oven at 180 Celsius for 10 mins
Add the cake mixture in to a greased tray ( size of a bread tray) and spread it evenly through out the tray
Bake at 180 Celsius for 40mins
Let it cool down for a while and enjoy 🍰
