My first baked sourdough bread..One of my fave bread and one that i wanted to learn more and master the artistry of it…It is challenging from making sourdough starter to fermentation and handling the dough but it is sooooo rewarding 🥰

Such a nice cut(fillet) shark..Dahil matatagalan pa mag bake luto luto muna ng ulam..My version of kinunot pero i diced the shark fillet instead of flaking it..Masiram!!!!

Freshly baked giant EUROPIAN RAISINS LOAVES…Definitely tasty and sooo soft..This is the loaf we all loved because it is delish on its own, great with spread and to the next level when you dipped in coffee or chocolate 🥰
