This still blows my mind. 🥹💕
It’s been a few weeks now since we sent our first ever pallets off to Auckland for their first stop on the journey overseas.
Back in 2018, Good Puddings started with an idea, a whole lot of blind faith and absolutely no idea what we were doing.
And I mean that quite literally. 😂
We knew nothing about manufacturing food products, packaging, wholesale, distribution or any of the hundreds of things you apparently need to know to start a food business.
But we had an idea we believed in, so we figured we’d learn as we went.
Fast forward eight years, and here I am standing between two pallets of Good Puddings heading off to Samoa to Farmer Joe Supermarkets Samoa

There have been so many challenges, mistakes, late nights and moments where I’ve wondered what on earth we were doing.
But then there are moments like this.
Eight years ago, I couldn’t have imagined we’d be sending pallets of our little chia pudding mixes overseas.
And yet, here we are. 🥹
Sometimes you just have to start before you know what you’re doing. 💕
