Starting this business wasn’t glamorous. The reason i actually started this business will shock you. It wasn’t perfectly planned. I just knew I wanted something of my own, something to call my own.

I’ve always loved nature. Even as a nurse I don't just jump into prescribing meds because I know that nature has a better remedy. Wholesome, nature driven food is a form of medicine, so selling date syrup and date powder felt right. Healthy, versatile, and something families can actually use every day. Then I added kuli kuli, spicy, crunchy, and proudly Nigerian. A snack that carries culture and nostalgia.

I'm still figuring things out; packaging, branding, pricing, marketing. Some days are exciting, some days are full of doubt. But we move.

Today, every message, every order, every referral means so much to me. It reminds me that starting small doesn’t mean thinking small and encourages me to keep pushing.

Thank you to everyone supporting this journey. We’re building this step by step… and we’re just getting started, literally.
