✍️ DRINKING COLD EVERYTHING LIKE NA COMPETITION: Ice water, ice zobo, ice minerals , madam, easy na.
Cold drinks can make cramps worse and force your uterus to contract harder. Your womb no be deep freezer. Try warm water, warm tea, even warm bath if you fit.

✍️ WEARING ONE PAD FROM MORNING TILL NIGHT: Kai! Na only you wan suffer? If your pad don work 6 hours without salary abeg change am. Old pads can cause itching smell and infections. Change every 3–4 hours. Your body go thank you.

✍️ SKIPPING FOOD BECAUSE “I NO DEY HUNGRY:” Your body dey talk, you dey ignore am.
