Plantain Flour: which serves potentially as an anti-obesity ingredient for intestinal flora regulation and also improved hormone secretion.

In as much as plantain flour is an energy source in many people's daily diet, it can also improve gastrointestinal disease symptoms, lower blood sugar, and alleviate obesity and diabetes.

PROCESSING:
The peels of each plantain is removed by hand and the plantains are washed with water before sun-drying for an organic sweet, sun-kissed flavour. After which, the dried plantains are milled into fine flour.
