Fine Sugar β€” 200 g
Colloidal Oatmeal β€” 20 g
Sunflower Oil β€” 55 g
Honey β€” 20 g
Vitamin E β€” 1 g

Colloidal oatmeal is finer than ordinary ground oats and is widely used in personal-care formulations. Honey adds humectant properties and gives the scrub a luxurious feel.
How to make: Combine the sugar and colloidal oatmeal. Add sunflower oil and honey gradually while mixing. Add vitamin E and fragrance last.
How to use: Massage gently over damp body skin, then rinse. Follow with a moisturizer.
Shelf life: Because this formula contains honey and no dedicated broad-spectrum preservative, make small batches, keep water out and use clean, dry hands or a scoop. For a commercial product, proper preservation and microbial testing are recommended.
