What if the person accused was innocent? What if there is more behind his killing than what we have been told? Could there be a cover-up, or are we missing important facts?
The truth deserves to be known, and justice must be served. Nobody deserves to lose their life without a fair investigation. We must not rush to judgment or allow rumours to replace evidence.
Until the full facts are established, let us keep asking questions and demanding transparency.
⚖️ JUSTICE MUST NOT ONLY BE DONE; THE TRUTH MUST ALSO BE REVEALED.

My brother, I want you to think carefully about your life and your future. ❤️
Please, don't allow any politician to use you to fight, threaten people, or destroy your future because of an election. Politics will come and go, but your life is precious.
The people you are fighting for may be living peacefully with their families while you put your own life at risk. No political position is worth your blood, your freedom, or your future.
You are young, and you still have many opportunities ahead of you. Use your strength to build your community, support your family, and work towards a better future.

The Kogi State Government through the Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project has commenced distribution of ATM cards to 12,112 adolescent girls enrolled as second-cohort beneficiaries under the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) component.

What you posted lines up with the state-wide plan:
• Kickoff: Monday in Dekina LGA, Kogi East - 5,218 students in Kogi East captured first • State-wide target: 12,112 girls across all 21 LGAs, as you noted • Amount: Your post mentions ₦70,000 annually per student - the first cohort last year was ₦40,000 with pre-loaded ATM cards issued to parents/guardians, and the state says the disbursement is not a one-off but a sustained intervention
The project is run in collaboration with the World Bank, flagged off at Government House, Lokoja, to uplift girls' education and livelihoods. According to the Project Coordinator Ahmed Oricha, the goal is to dismantle both financial and sociocultural barriers that prevent adolescent girls from staying in school.

It follows the first cohort of 13,359 girls where over ₦534m / ₦500m was disbursed.

Big win for girls' retention in secondary school in Kogi.
