How to live healthy part 1
There are popular saying that health is wealth,yes I agree with that philosophy.
The only way to maintain good health is by eating right food at the right time.
Many won't understand the first paragraph of mine.
People tends to ask how can I no the right time to eat the right food.
Ok, never worry I will trolls more light on this.
Do you know you can be taking bread and tea or yam and eggs at the wrong time which makes your food not to digest before going for bedrest or sleep as many calls it.
The only time to eat those food is while you are still agile meaning during the day not night or few minutes to go to bed.
Take this little advice from me,stop late night food is a havoc to your digestive system.
