As mothers, we all want our babies to grow healthy and strong 💚

But sometimes, out of love or lack of proper information, we make small feeding mistakes without even realizing it.

Here are a few common ones 👇

1️⃣ Starting solids too early
Babies below 6 months are meant to take only breast milk (except when medically advised otherwise). Their digestive system is still developing.

2️⃣ Using unclean feeding utensils
Baby bowls, spoons, and bottles should always be properly washed to avoid infections and stomach upset.

3️⃣ Forcing a baby to eat
Not every baby eats the same way. Patience matters during feeding.

4️⃣ Giving too much sugar or salt
Babies don’t need heavily sweetened or salty meals. Simple and nutritious meals are best.

5️⃣ Improper food storage
Baby food should be stored in a clean, dry place and sealed properly to maintain freshness.

Motherhood is a learning journey for all of us 🤍
The goal is not perfection — it’s learning and improving daily.

New week reminder for every mother and caregiver 💚

You may feel tired.
You may feel like you’re not doing enough.
You may even feel unnoticed sometimes.

But the little things you do every day matter more than you think.

The meals you prepare.
The care you give.
The sleepless nights.
The effort to keep your children healthy and happy…

It all counts.

This week, don’t just focus on productivity alone.
Focus on health, peace, rest, clean feeding habits, and showing yourself kindness too.

A healthy home starts with small daily habits 🌱

Wishing every mother strength and wisdom for the new week ahead 💚

What is one thing you want to improve this week as a mother or caregiver? 👇

As mothers and caregivers, we focus so much on what babies eat… but sometimes we forget HOW the food is prepared matters too.

Clean hands, clean utensils, proper food storage, and a hygienic environment all play a huge role in a baby’s health.

Good nutrition and proper hygiene go hand in hand 💚

Which hygiene habit do you think parents often overlook the most? 👇

A gentle reminder to every mother ❤️

Babies below 6 months are meant to take only breast milk — no pap, no Tom Brown, no water unless advised medically.

I know many people grew up hearing different things, but proper knowledge helps us raise healthier babies 🥰

When the baby becomes 6 months and above, nutritious foods like Nutrivite Tom Brown can then become a healthy support for growth and development 💚

Motherhood is a learning journey. Let’s keep learning and helping one another with love, not insults 🤍

A while ago, I commented under a mother’s post where she asked:

“At what age can my baby start taking Tom Brown?”

And I replied politely that babies are generally advised to start taking foods like Tom Brown, pap, and other solids from around 6 months—because for the first 6 months, breast milk is usually enough for a baby, even without water.

Surprisingly, someone came under my comment upset and insulting me 😅

But honestly, I didn’t argue back.

Because I realized something…
Many mothers are not careless—they simply haven’t been properly informed.

And as mothers, caregivers, and food vendors, I think we should educate with patience, not pride.

According to health recommendations, babies are usually encouraged to stay on exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months because:

👉 Breast milk already contains the nutrients and water babies need.

👉 A baby’s digestive system is still developing.

👉 Introducing solids too early may increase risk of infections or stomach issues.

👉 Babies are usually more developmentally ready for complementary foods around 6 months.

And for mothers who may not be able to breastfeed adequately, there are infant formulas specially made for younger babies before transitioning gradually to complementary foods.

Motherhood already comes with pressure.
So instead of attacking one another, let’s keep learning and helping each other grow.

Now let me ask:

At what age did your baby start taking pap, Tom Brown, or other soft foods?

Let’s learn from each other respectfully 😊
