Step by step tutorial of how to make moi moi at home using Elite's beans flour.
Moi moi is made majorly from beans. It is a common meal made in many Nigerian homes especially on weekends. It can be cooked in foil wraps,plastic plates or even leaves.
It's a good pair with party jollof or salad.

Ingredients
ELITE'S Beans flour - 500g, 750g or 1kg
Water- 4 cups (hot &cold)
Salt
Seasoning(knorr cube,Benny,spicity)
Onions
Peppers(atarodo & shombo)
Carrot
Meat stock

Procedure
°Pour your Elite's beans flour into a bowl
°Gently add water and mix into a light paste and allow to ferment for 15min
°Add the grounded condiments listed above and add the beans paste mixture.
°Stir gently to thoroughly combine
°Add vegetable oil or eggs as emulsifier
°Mix very well
°Scoop into portions
°Top with protein (fish, egg,meat)
°Place in a pot and pour in boiling water
°Cook for btw 20-30 mins
Serve.
