The Day I Learned How Important It Is to Choose Good good groundnut for your peanut production .
When I first started making peanut burger, I made a mistake that almost discouraged me.
I went to the market, bought peanuts that looked fine to me, and rushed home excited to coat them.
But when I started frying… something was wrong.
Some peanuts were burning, some were soft, and the taste was not nice at all. I was so disappointed.
That day I learned something very important:
Good peanut burger starts from choosing good groundnut in the market.
Now, whenever I go to the market, I always check these 3 things:
✔ The color – Fresh peanuts usually have a light brown or reddish color. Very dark ones may be old.
✔ The smell – Good peanuts have a natural nutty smell. If it smells sour or strange, avoid it.
✔ The size – I choose peanuts that are big and almost the same size so they fry evenly.
Since I started paying attention to these things, my peanut burger has been crunchy, tasty, and much better.
I’ll keep sharing more peanut tips here
Have you ever bought peanuts that turned out bad after frying?
