In my 2 years plus of running a business, I can say nothing kills your business faster than spending all.

Customers are kings and that is not a cliche it is the fact.

One of the things customers look out for when patronising your brand is how they are treated.

A lot of business owners are bad with customer service. They prioritise money over kindness.

Their customer retention service is zero.They don't update the customers on how their orders are going, when it will be delivered and even if they got their order in one piece.
