SINASIR RECIPE AND METHOD
METHOD
8 Cup 250 ml of unparboiled rice
1 cup 250 ml oil
1 1/3 cup 83 ml sugar
1 1/2 tsp 2.5 ml yeast
2 cup 250 ml water
1 1/2 tsp 7.5 ml Potash
1 1/2 tsp 2.5 ml baking powder
Ping of salt (optional)
METHOD
1, wash rice
2.1 remove 1/2 cup 125 ml rice from the wash rice
3. Cooked the 1 1/2 cup 125 ml rice, allowed it to cool down.
4. add cook rice and yeast to the washed rice, mixed and grand it
5. Allowed it to ferment for good 7 hours
6. Add potash and mixed to remove the bitter
7. Add baking powder and mixed to soften d mixture
8. Add sugar and mixed to give the mixture a real test
9. Add water and mixed up to lighten the mixture
10. Ready to fry.
1. Put the pan on a medium fire, when it hot greased the with little oil.
2, If you are use big pan pour 1 and half cup of the mixture. If it is medium used 1 cup of the mixture.
3. If you pour the mixture leave the pan open for 1 minutes and cover it for 2 minutes, it already done remove it from the pan place it on the tray and greased the upper part of the SINASIR

Recipe. 2 cup's of flour. 5 eggs. 2 tbs of sugar /1.5ml. 1 tbs salt /1/2 2.5 ml. 1 tbs yeast /1/2 2.5 ml. 1 tbs nutmeg /1/8 ml. 3 tbs of melted butter /1/5 ml. 1 egg for the dough ( optional). 1 cup water /125 ml. Method. 1. boiled eggs for 10 minutes allowed it to cool down. 2. Sive in your flour, add sugar, salt, nutmeg and butter. 3. Rup it well for 5 minutes. 4. Poured the water to the yeast. 5. Add the water to your flour. 6. Mixed it to make a dough. 7. Cut it in to five pieces, make it to form a ball shape cover the dough, 8. Allowed it to rise for 40 minutes. 9. Roll the dough and put the egg in the middle. 10. Cover the egg with the dough very well and carefully to form a ball shape cover it. 11. Allowed it to rise for 30 minutes and fry served with u're favorite drink.
