Domestic violence in marriage is not love, discipline, or sign of endurance it is abu*e. Many women suffer in silence because of fear, shame, children, or society expectations, but no woman deserves to live in pain or fear inside her own home.

Marriage should be a place of peace, respect, support and safety. A man who truly loves his wife will not constantly hurt, threaten, insult, or destroy her emotional and physically.

To every woman: never ignore repeated abu*e
Speak up, seek help, confide in trusted family members, counselors, religious leaders, or support organizations. Your life is precious, and staying alive for yourself and your children matters more than protecting a violent situation in silence.

To every man out there stop normalizing domestic violence and start protecting women with love, support and understanding. A healthy home is built with respect not violence.

A Day I will Never Forget

Yesterday was one of the most hectic and emotional days of my life. I had to rush my friend to the hospital when she suddenly went into labour.

In the middle of everything, I found out something shocking, She had already been warned by her doctor not to go into labour. They told her she would need a CS for her safety. But she didn't tell me instead she begged me to take her to another hospital far away from that one that had been carrying for her.

I was confused, scared, and overwhelmed but I couldn't say no I just wanted her and the baby to be safe. As I was driving through the street, I couldn't stop thinking why do we sometimes run away from the very place meant to save us?

Childbirth is not something to gamble with
and yesterday showed me how important it is to listen, to trust medical advice and to choose safety over fear.

Some decisions can change everything in a moment I'm just grateful we made it through but I will never forget how close it felts.
I just want say thank you Jesus 🙏🙏🙏
