Just as communities began to recover with the return of the rains, the weather shifted again. Unpredictable heavy downpours followed, bringing floods that have swept across farms and villages. Destroying produce, waterlogging fields, and tragically costing lives and property.

This rapid shift from drought to flooding shows the delicate balance that farmers live with every day. Their work depends on the land, the soil, and the patterns of the seasons that are becoming harder to predict.

Yet through every challenge, farmers continue to rise. Their determination and commitment to feeding our communities remain stronger than any season.
