Kenyan senators primarily due to poor schooling are very behind news, they don't realize we have two technologies, the first is internet satellite technology which takes pictures of earth all the way from microwave, far infrared, through ultraviolet and some xrays to precisely earths weather rendering useless traditional rain gauge, temperature, windsock and instead use radar to report actual weather including rain and temperatures. Additional AI system have greatly enhanced weather modelling solutions like GFS, ECMWF, ICON and others making weather prediction a highly sophisticated art that is now done by the brightest computer science and data science students.
Please advise Kenyan Senate to be properly schooled, the laws they are passing don't apply to US, we don't predict weather we do two things we analyse data of what advanced modelling system portends of earth weather and climate. The earth itself can do it's, own things. We also analyse data of what satellite images relay to earth.
Advanced modelling system of weather requires a thorough understanding of system v, software and process and very best of education especially in computer science. it doesnt requires laws passed by government or any other bodies. It's purely applied artificial intelligence.
It doesn't matter how many laws you pass, laws against intellect are not enforceable because they are stupid, they will just be ignored with the contempt they deserve. Weather modelling analysis is a global phenomenon not local.
