新しいブレンドができました。
つくったのは（目指したのは）、”この季節、毎日飲みたいブレンド”。
中煎りのコスタリカをベースに、爽やかで甘く、するすると飲み進めてしまう後味の綺麗なコーヒー💯
やさしく香るお花の香りと、柔らかな酸味、ほろ苦く甘い蜂蜜レモンのような印象もあります。口あたりはまろやか。
春を迎えて新生活が始まり、道端には山菜が顔を出し、桜やチューリップが咲いて可愛いですね。ライラックも待ち遠しい。
そんなすこしの緊張と期待で過ごす日々のおともに。
毎朝のコーヒーや、おやつの時間、夜のゆったりした時間、どのシチュエーションにも合うと思います！
お菓子の方では、アップルパイが終了して今季もシェーカーレモンパイが始まっています。アメリカ中西部の伝統菓子で、taaiでは無農薬瀬戸内レモンを皮ごと丸ごと使用し、爽やかで濃厚、少しほろ苦なレモンフィリングを作り焼き込んでいます。新しいブレンドと一緒に召し上がるのもおすすめです、ぜひお試しください🍋🍋🍋
We’ve made a new blend.
This is the kind of coffee we wanted for this season—
something you’d want to drink every day.
Built on a medium-roast Costa Rica, it’s clean, gently sweet, and refreshing, with a smooth finish that keeps you sipping.
You might notice soft floral notes, a delicate acidity, and a hint of bittersweet honey lemon. The mouthfeel is mellow and round.
Spring is here—new beginnings, wild plants starting to grow along the streets, cherry blossoms and tulips in bloom. We’re also looking forward to lilacs.
For these days filled with a mix of excitement and a little nervousness, we hope this coffee can be a quiet companion.
It works for any moment—your morning cup, an afternoon break, or a slow, relaxed evening.
On the sweets side, apple pie has finished for the season, and our Shaker Lemon Pie is back.
A traditional dessert from the American Midwest, made with whole pesticide-free Setouchi lemons—peel and all—creating a rich, bright, slightly bitter-sweet filling baked into a handmade crust.
It pairs beautifully with the new blend.
