Hello Canning Italy fans...sadly, I have to announce that Canning Italy is shutting down for good as of today. Our family is moving from Italy and will be continuing our adventure elsewhere... Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support and wonderful feedback I have received over the last 2 years from all of my canning fans :) Ciao Amici! Alohaaaaaaaaaa!!!

Did you know that Jams and Jellies are multi-purpose foods? For sure! Use them as Cake fillings, Dips, Cup cake fillers, Cookie prints (thumb print and window pane cookies) and glazes for meats and veggies...Oh yes! Come to the MP on Saturday, March 16th to taste the varieties I'll have on hand...WITH ideas on how to use them! See you there!
