Public Notice / Appeal
This is to inform the general public that I sold my motorcycle Avenger Cruise 220, Registration No. JK01AC6704, in the year 2019.
Despite the sale, the purchaser has not transferred the vehicle registration into their name till date.
As I no longer have the contact details of the purchaser, this notice is being issued publicly. I hereby request the concerned purchaser to immediately complete the transfer of ownership as per law.
Failing compliance within a reasonable time, I shall be constrained to approach the concerned authorities and initiate appropriate legal action, including reporting and blacklisting of the vehicle, and I shall not be held responsible for any misuse, violation, or liability arising from the said vehicle thereafter.
