We are bringing back the Autumn olive or (Ghaain) - the native Himalayan shrub that grew traditionally along our borders.
Shrubs like them were not only integral to the Forest eco system but also to the farms.

After the harvest we braid the garlic and hang it up from our house fronts to dry. All thanks to Eva from Israel who taught us how to braid the garlic, two years ago, when she was with us.

We love plants with multiple uses. No fruits ? No problem. We can still use other parts of the plant - like the leaves in Sea Buckthorne or Raspberry Plants.
