“Iniyaval” is from the house of Raamjee Food Products which is a leading rice flakes (Aval in Tamil) manufacturer. Iniyaval Food Products is a new venture of this 43 years old company based at Vilupuram district of Tamilnadu, India. They are known for their high quality rice flakes which is consumed by households in several forms. Also, used as ingredient by leading confectionery
chains in their savories. They do sell it in bulk with their whole sale stores at Chennai, Salem and statewide distribution network. Now they came up with a goal to bring back traditional taste and healthy rice flakes based food items as a ready-mix. One of the first companies to launch rice flakes based ready-mixes Pongal and Kesari in Indian market. Tasty and nutritious dishes can be prepared in few minutes. An excellent alternative food to those junk foods. Rice flakes also known as Poha (Hindi), Aval (Tamil), Avallakki (Telugu), Attakalu (Malayalam). Consumed by millions of Indians for several centuries. Sethu Sankar (Admin) – Started his career as software developer by developing solutions for sales & distribution businesses. Resigned his “Product Manager” position in a leading software product company to pursue his passion and to take their family business to new heights. Manikumar (Production) - Eldest of four siblings took the responsibility at an very early age and is pillar of strength with his overall skill of bringing best quality rice flakes. His expertise made it possible to deliver quality consistently over a period of time. Manjula (HR) – Managing the human resource efficiently and bringing out the best from each one of them is the task owned by her. She makes sure the appropriate resources involved to meet the production target and to meet market demand. Balamurugan (Procurement & Distribution) – His contribution is to procure best quality ingredients across India. Managing the entire sourcing and down stream supply chain by maintaining healthy relationship with vendors and customers. Mission
