10kg squat or 100kg squat?🤔.....
Does it pain? If yes then NO squat. 🚫
Of course the type of pain also matters....does the pain come from the muscle? Then it's probably just a sore muscle and will go away in a day or two👍
But if you feel a sharp pain coming from a joint (eg. knee ankle elbow hip shoulder) when trying to lift weight, then that's a RED FLAG 🇨🇳 and it's time to get to the root of the problem.
Does the pain go away after you have done a few reps?
Does the pain come when lifting a certain way?
Does the pain start slowly and then increase with each rep?🤕
These are the questions you need to keep in mind when going to a sports doctor with your joint issues (you need to go to the doctor if your pain doesn't go away in a few days, do not be lazy about this or you will regret it for the rest of your life)☠️
Exercise Form Quality is more important than the quantity of weight you can lift🏋️
