Earlier this year, we spent eight months building The Greenhouse, now home to our support office, test kitchen, and our central kitchen where we make our dressings, pickles and crunches from scratch. Everyone under one roof, right in the heart of Dublin city where Sprout began.
We've been thinking a little more about the future. Our ambition for Sprout is simple: to grow a food business that people genuinely love, both the customers who visit us and the teams who work with us every day.
Being a family business allows us to take a long-term view. We’re less interested in shortcuts and more focused on getting better year after year.
We’re incredibly excited about this building's potential to help us grow in the right way.
Next year we will be opening more restaurants, we’ll be growing more greens on the farm than ever and hopefully we will have some new recipes for you to try too.
Until then, we just want to say a massive thank you to our team for showing up every day and doing their best.
And to our customers, your continued support means the world to us.
