WHY LOWER WEST AKIM NEEDS A YOUTH LIKE JAPHLET MATTHIAS NORMESHIE AS DEPUTY SECRETARY
The future of Lower West Akim Constituency lies in the hands of the youth, and that is why we must vote for a very young man like Japhlet Matthias Normeshie.
For far too long, our constituency has been led with old ideas and slow pace. What we need now is fresh energy, new thinking, and a leader who understands the struggle of the young people of Asamankese and its surrounding communities.
1. He Understands the Youth Because He IS the Youth:
Japhlet is not a stranger to our challenges. He knows what it means to be a young person in Lower West Akim looking for a job, looking for opportunity, and looking for someone to listen. How can someone who does not understand the youth develop the youth? We need one of our own at the table.
2. Energy and Innovation to Develop the Constituency:
Development needs energy. A young man like Japhlet has the strength to move from polling station to polling station, from town to town, day and night. He brings innovation, technology, and social media power that the old generation lacks. He can organize, mobilize, and connect the NDC better.
3. A Bridge Between The Elders and The Youth:
Japhlet respects the elders but he is loved by the youth. He is the perfect bridge. He will bring the ideas of the youth to the leadership and bring the wisdom of the leadership to the youth. This unity is what Lower West Akim NDC needs to win power.
*4. Ready to Serve, Not Ready to Be Served:*
Look at his slogan: "READY TO SERVE". This is not a man looking for big title. He is a humble, dedicated, and hardworking young man who has already been serving the party at the grassroots. If we give him the position of Deputy Secretary, he will work twice as hard.
Lower West Akim cannot develop without the youth. And the youth cannot develop without one of their own leading them.
Let's vote for youth. Let's vote for energy. Let's vote for the future.
