Having a play with some flavours this morning. Sour Pickles or kosher pickles and dill pickles as they are also called, made with vinegar water dill and salt, no sugar at all which makes them sharp and sour. Then ribboned carrots with star anise, orange peel, cumin and chilli. They’ll both need a week to mature until they’re ready to taste but having a sneaky taste this morning they should both taste exceptional.
