Join us on Sunday 1st March for our sought after Butchery and Sausage making course! It runs 10am-4pm and is being held at Brasted Village Hall.
It will have a maximum of 8 people and you will learn to break down a deer, have a sit down venison lunch with wine and beer before making your own sausages!
You will come home with plenty of venison to treat the family or show off your new knowledge of deer to your friends.
