I love beans! All kind of them and in my recipes I mainly use: peas, soy beans, chickpeas and ordinary brown beans. Do you know that lentil have more protein than chicken? Raw soybeans are even crazier with 36g of proteins for every 100g of soy :)
You need them to built muscles so eating beans will make you strong a healthy. Also, food made from them is cruelty free :)
I have vegetarian and vegan

recipes available, with all vegan ones being 100% free of any animal product even if it means doing everything from scratches. Ok, that is not much of a challenge because I love cooking from raw, natural ingredients keeping flavor and nutrition value high. During the week I work as a full time chef so I am available on weekends only, sorry for any inconvenience. All the food is prepared, transported and presented in a way that keeps it fresh and healthy as I have Level 2 Certificate in Flood and Safety and up to date training in HACCP, COSHH and Alergy Training.
