4th in the world. Made in North London. 🥧
Meet George Jephson. Every week, their small team in Newington Green makes classic French charcuterie by hand, from scratch, the old way.
Their Pâté en Croûte took 4th place at the Championnat du Monde in Lyon. It’s pork belly, shoulder and jowl layered with confit ox tongue, duck, chicken and macerated apricots, then set in duck and port jelly and wrapped in butter pastry.
Everything comes from a handful of truly free-range British animals, and nothing goes to waste. Hams come from the legs, mousses from the offal, and fromage de tête from the head.
Michelin-starred kitchens already know about it. Now you can have it delivered to your door.
Add a bottle of English red and some crackers, and your kitchen table becomes a Parisian w**e bar. 🍷
