A forecast of 24 degrees and sunny for Father’s Day? Dads, you’re being spoiled ☀️

And if you’re coming to Delifonseca for lunch or dinner, your day will be even better. With the warm weather, we’ve got a range of lighter options as well as our Sunday Roasts for those who can’t look past the traditional, no matter the temperature.

There are some incredible Father's Day specials up on the blackboard this weekend, alongside salads and platters built for eating in the heat.

We've also got seating outside on our terrace if you want to dine alfresco in the sunshine, or air conditioning inside if you'd rather stay cool.

Families, Dads and dogs are all welcome, just pop a note on your booking if you’re bringing your pooch so we can seat you in the right spot.

The last sitting is at 4:45pm, so it's a great way to round off a day out.

We're a bit obsessed with Hawkshead Relish Company right now, and we think you will be too 😋

Made in the Lake District village of Hawkshead by a small team of award-winning artisan producers, these sauces are the kind that you buy once and immediately go back for.

In the Deli right now, we have the Lemon Drizzle Sauce, the Rhubarb and Ginger Sauce, and Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream Sauce - three products that do exactly what they say, and do it rather brilliantly.

What a night this was to be part of 🤩

We catered The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts' 30th Anniversary, an evening that brought together staff, alumni and a few familiar faces to mark three decades of one of Liverpool's most-loved institutions.

On the menu were lamb koftas, lime cheesecake and a selection of sweet and savoury canapés, paired with drinks including Black Lodge Brewery and False Bay Chenin/Syrah from Boutinot Wines.

It was an honour to play a part in such a fantastic evening celebrating people from Liverpool who’ve achieved great things in film, media and the arts.

If breakfast is Dad’s thing, we’ve got a special on all weekend - a 4oz rump steak with two fried eggs and sautéed potatoes for £16.

Tables are also available for lunch and dinner if you’d rather make an afternoon or evening of it, and the Deli is well stocked with foodie and drinks gifts if you’re still hunting for that perfect something for him to open.
