Ever wondered how a field full of wildflowers begins? 🌼

It all starts months before the first bloom appears 💐

In this video, Annelise is taking you behind the scenes of the wildflower drilling process, from the seed mix itself to the machinery that carefully plants it into the ground.

It's easy to admire the flowers in full bloom, but there's a lot of planning, preparation and patience that happens long before then!

We can't wait to see what these fields look like in the months ahead 😍

When you visit us this summer, are you a savoury person or a sweet person? Because Katherine's Kitchen is going to be on site every single day and trust us, the decision is not going to be easy.

Hot baps. Cheese twists. Brownies. Flapjacks. Victoria sponge. Pre-packed sweets. And our personal favourite - themed kids cookies that are almost too cute to eat 🫶🏼

We’ve been busy selecting a stunning mix of colors, shapes, and scents for our PYO wildflower patch this year. From the vibrant Red Poppies and California Poppies to the delicate Pixie Delight Lupins and Sweet William, there is something to brighten up every home.

Think you can cheat your way through our maze? Think again! 🧐🚫

We’re giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how our maze is planted. By drilling the seeds at 90-degree angles, we create extra-thick, sturdy walls that grow up to 10 feet tall! This means no "shortcuts" through the corn so you'll have to use your wits to find the way out! 🌽🗺️

It takes precision, moisture-rich soil, and a lot of hard work to get those 75cm rows just right.

Are you ready for the challenge this July? Opening 18th July!
