This wonderfully flavourful nut butter will usually have me crying as the natural date sugars tend to bind the ingredients in the grinder and I have to spend hours getting it through the machine.

Who would have thought that all it needs is patience! Something I often lack. But this grind is super smooth and so far had no hiccups. The fact it’s also taken 12 hours so far is just . . . well, it’s just nuts.
