Not just any old fruitcake, though, oh no, it has to be our mother’s hand-me down recipe that is buttery, moist, crumbly and ever so moreish! That is why we’ve recreated our mother’s traditional fruitcake recipe for you to enjoy, and also adapted it to provide new flavours that you maybe wouldn’t expect from a fruitcake. Try them for yourself, after all, with all that dried fruit goodness baked in

to each little cake they’re more nice than naughty! Not a fan of traditional fruitcake? You'll love our lighter version which is steeped in brandy and which comes as either a top iced only cake, a fully iced cake or if you're not a fan of marzipan and icing, a glazed nut topping.
