Raisinbelle Fruitcakes made to a traditional family recipe, and also adapted to provide new flavours! Hampers using locally sourced Sussex produce. We love fruitcake!

Not just any old fruitcake, though, oh no, it has to be our mother’s hand-me down recipe that is buttery, moist, crumbly and ever so moreish! That is why we’ve recreated our mother’s traditional fruitcake recipe for you to enjoy, and also adapted it to provide new flavours that you maybe wouldn’t expect from a fruitcake. Try them for yourself, after all, with all that dried fruit goodness baked in

to each little cake they’re more nice than naughty! Not a fan of traditional fruitcake? You'll love our lighter version which is steeped in brandy and which comes as either a top iced only cake, a fully iced cake or if you're not a fan of marzipan and icing, a glazed nut topping. We also create hampers using our cakes and locally sourced Sussex produce. Great as a gift or just for yourself! Take a look at the photos on this page to get an idea of what we can do.

Apologies for the radio silence. We are now in full swing preparing our fruit cakes, to Fionnula's grandmother's recipe! We use local organic eggs organic flour, and fair trade ingredients.

Our cakes use local organic eggs, organic flour, fruit soaked in sherry, and fair trade ingredients. We make them by hand in batches of 12 to Grandma's recipe!
