RED THAI SAUSAGE 🌶️🥥🇹🇭

There is something magical about pairing rich, fatty pork with vibrant, fragrant aromatics.

We have loaded this one up with the heavy hitters: red chillies, reduced coconut milk, shrimp paste, ginger, garlic, and kaffir lime.
Oh, and we actually put jasmine rice inside the sausage for that authentic texture. 👌🏼

TRUFFLE, ROSEMARY + PARMESAN SAUSAGES 🍄‍🟫🧀🍯

Aged Parmesan / Rosemary / Black Truffle / Wildflower Honey

This sausage was originally inspired by chips… Triple cooked, tossed with synthetic truffle oil and dusted with Parmesan. As gross as it is everyone knows that synthetic truffle taste.

Originally I saw this in a supermarket, I tried it and it was pasty, untextured and horrible.

Instantly I knew I can do much better than that by creating my own version, using real truffle and decent Parmesan for a start and not just flavouring mine with a baseline of ingredients so save cost.

Funnily enough they brought the original out again this year and it’s still pants 😅
