On Saturday, May 17, Fasù will close its doors, and we want to say goodbye the same way we said hello: with joy, pizza, and heartfelt toasts.
These final moments mean a lot to us, and we’d love to share them with you.

Dear friends,
Fasù will be closing on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟳. We have just 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 to share together.
10 days for a pizza, a glass of wine, a bit of Puglia... and a heartfelt goodbye.
We’re closing this adventure where it all began, at the foot of Vyšehrad, in a neighborhood that welcomed us with open arms and big smiles.
It’s been a joy to bring you the tastes of Italy, to toast with you, to laugh, to grow.
Now we’re here for a final round of warm conversations, shared dishes, and unforgettable bites.
Come visit us before May 17, let’s make these last days as special as the first.
