As a coeliac, I know how hard it is to find a proper and tasty lunch, unless you prepare it yourself or resort to a bland regimen of salad with cottage cheese every day... As a human biology major (MSc, University of Zurich), I always had a strong interest in nutrition, sports and healthy living but also love bread and sweets – tasty things that bring happiness into our lives, but are a
lmost impossible to enjoy if you’re a coeliac. I always loved baking and when diagnosed with coeliac desease in 2008, I decided to try out every recipe I could find with the aim to make the most delicous gluten free baked goods. Since then, it is my goal to create the tastiest gluten free foods – so good, that you (almost) can’t tell. As many of my friends have food allergies and know about my passion for baking, they started asking me to create things for them. Encouraged by the positive response, I decided to combine my passion with my interest in food and nutrition and started Lena’s Delights. That way, I’d like to share my journeys through the world of gluten free foods! I hope you’ll enjoy my delights as I love making them! xo,

Daily Delivery:
Our products are freshly prepared in a gluten free environment. The raw materials are sourced from gluten free production and fresh ingredients from local or regional producers. All products are made from biological ingredients. During lunchtime (from 11:30 to 13:30) we deliver to the entire city of Zurich. You can book a lunch plan for convenience. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans, each with two to five meals (1 sandwich, 1 cupcake, cake or wähe, 1 muesli or pasta salad plus one drink) on days of your choice. The plans are offered at a reduced prix fixe. Catering:
