We’re happy to share more of the community behind this coffee 🇵🇪
In La Victoria, coffee growing is knowledge passed from one generation to the next. In 2020, local families came together to form the Cerro Blanco Producers Association, or APROCEB, named after the white sand mountain that surrounds their community.
This lot brings together the work of several skilled APROCEB producers who share a commitment to quality, sustainability, and preserving their agricultural traditions. With support from Eleva Finca, they’re helping the distinctive coffees of San Martín reach more people around the world.
Grown between 1,500 and 1,900 masl, this blend of Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, and Typica is naturally processed and slowly sun-dried on patios.
The result is a lively, fruit-forward cup with notes of cascara, black cherry, red apple, and cranberry, juicy, bright, and easy to keep coming back to.
The label was created by Kathy Kathy | Endless a Peruvian illustrator whose colorful work invites people to reconnect with their inner child. Inspired by the streets of Cusco, the artwork shows an Andean woman walking with her baby and alpaca, a simple, joyful scene celebrating roots, love, and everyday life.
